What is the event?

Join us for "Love is in the Air," a warm and engaging evening dedicated to celebrating the love within our community and supporting St. Alphonsus Parish School. We will come together to connect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a memorable night while directly benefiting our students and teachers!

What to Expect?

Dress up in your finest cocktail attire (Or whatever gets you in the mood to celebrate) for Cocktail Hour featuring a full bar, a Seated Dinner, "Dessert Dash," Live Entertainment and an Exciting LIVE Auction filled with enticing items! Support St. Alphonsus Parish School and celebrate with us!

When, where and why?

The auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. These much needed funds help pay for teacher salaries, staff development, curriculum & class support, and building improvement. When & Where: February 7th, 2026, 6pm - 10pm at St. Alphonsus Family Center and Gymnasium

Tickets & Registration

 
How do I purchase tickets?

Visit our ticket page to purchase tickets and access this event. There's a ticket level for everyone! Angels Advocate (helping to underwrite the auction), Standard Ticket and even a FairShare option. * Fair Share simply means that you support the school to the best of your ability. We depend on every family and every dollar to support this critical fundraiser, by attending, volunteering, donating and procuring items. Thank you.

Can a purchase tickets on behalf of staff?

Yes! Every contribution pools together to directly subsidize a teacher's ticket. Your donation ensures that all our dedicated educators can participate in this special night without a financial burden. By giving what you can, you are personally investing in the morale and recognition of our incredible teaching staff. You can add a donation during your ticket purchase or through the donation page here.

Can I reserve a table?

Yes! Tables of 10 can be purchased on the ticket page. Then you can fill the table with guests of your choosing. Don't worry if you don't have all guest information at check out, you will have the option to add/edit this information before the event. Additionally, seating requests can be made when buying individual tickets, though requests are not guaranteed.

What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes Cocktail Hour featuring a full bar, a seated dinner, "Dessert Dash", live entertainment and access to the live auction.

Can I make a seating request?

Every effort will be made to honor seating requests. Please make requests when you purchase tickets by completing the "special accommodations" section during ticket purchase. Alternatively you can purchase a table of 10 and fill a table yourself.

Can I still support the event if I can't attend?

Yes! You can still wholeheartedly contribute by making a generous cash donation through the donation link above or engage in the excitement by placing bids through our online auction platform.

Procurement

 
What is procurement?

Procurement involves gathering items, experiences, or services to be auctioned. Families are encouraged to contribute items or experiences to support the event’s success. Visit our procurement page for more details.

Am I required to procure items?

No, but each family is encouraged to procure items. Alternatively, a suggested cash donation of $250 per family can be made to fulfill this responsibility by purchasing via the Procurement Buyout option through donation Link above or when purchasing tickets on the ticket page.

What kind of items should I procure?

Here is a comprehensive list of ideas found in our Amazon wishlist or alternatively an item from our procument wishlist. Drop off items at the school office no later than January, 9th, 2026. Please complete the procurement commitment form as early as you are able and no later than December, 31st, 2026, using the item procurement above.

Online auction

 
Do I need to pay to enter the silent auction?

No, this year there is no charge to view and bid on the online auction.

Supporting the Event Through Underwriting

 
How can a business sponsor the auction?

We are actively seeking businesses to support the event. Businesses can partner with us by: Underwriting the event through cash donations Donating auction items, services, or gift cards. Purchasing ad space in the event program or digital auction platform.

I know of a business that might be interested. How do I get them involved?
