Admission Tickets
For you to gain access to the 35th Annual Live Auction and Gala,
"A Night to Rejoice" on Saturday,
March 9th (including the online Silent Auction), you must register
and purchase admission tickets. Early bird pricing for the Auction at $125/person has been extended through February 9th. After February 9th, the
ticket prices go up to $150/person. Last day to buy tickets is February 16th.
Silent Auction Only
For those unable to attend the Live Auction and Gala, there is an
option to purchase a Silent Auction Only "admission". For
just $25 a household, you can sign-up to bid in the Silent Auction Only which
will run online from Tuesday, March 5th at 10 AM through Sunday, March 10th at 12 PM. This allows those families and friends (near and far) who are
unable to attend the Live Auction and Gala a chance to bid on some really great
items as well as purchase some exciting Teacher Experiences (like Principal for a Day)! Please
note that this Silent Auction Only ticket does not come with access to bid on
any Live items or Admission to the Live Auction and Gala on March
9th. To attend the Live Auction, Gala, and Silent Auction online,
you must purchase the regular Admission tickets below (which covers all three
experiences).
Golden Ticket = Tuition Credit!
This year's Golden Ticket is your chance to win a $2,000 Tuition Credit - Amazing! Tickets are limited to 100. Do not need to be present to win. Sold now and at Auction until tickets are gone!
Procurement Donation
In the past, there has been a required procurement donation of $200 ($100 for Preschool families) This year as we have moved to the Fair share model (simply, that you support the school to the best of your ability), we ask that you prayerfully discern how best you can share your resources to the school in general but also in helping to make this year's Auction the most successful yet! If you'd like to donate an item, please use the Item Procurement Link above to input your donations. Or, you can make a monetary procurement donation below while you register for the event.
Help
support the rising costs of the Auction including free staff tickets with an
additional cash donation at registration (Optional)
As always, we invite the
wonderful St. Alphonsus teachers and staff to the Auction free of charge.
However, the cost to run the Auction each year continues to increase. So,
this year we are asking those who are able and willing to help support these
costs if they are able to do so by making an extra cash donation so that the
Auction receipts can go even further in supporting the school and meeting our
fundraising goals for the year. You do not need to
register for the Auction to contribute.
Please click the box below to pre-register your credit card on the submission page so that you can
charge your purchases at the Auction by clicking the box and following the
instructions. If you choose to not pre-register, you will have to add it
later or on the night of the Auction.
