St. Alphonsus 2025-26 Auction

What is the event?

Join us for "Love is in the Air," a warm and engaging evening dedicated to celebrating the love within our community and supporting St. Alphonsus Parish School. This is your chance to connect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a memorable night while directly benefiting our students and teachers!

What to Expect:

  • Cocktail Hour

  • Seated Dinner

  • "Sprint for Dessert"

  • Live Entertainment

  • Exciting LIVE Auction filled with enticing items!

Support St. Alphonsus Parish School and celebrate with us!

 

When, where and why ?

The auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. These much needed funds help pay teacher salaries, Staff development, curriculum & class support, and building improvement. We rely on every family and the broader community to donate, participate and volunteer in order to help continue St. Alphonsus operating with excellence.

When & Where: February 7th, 2025, 6pm - 10pm at St. Alphonsus Family Center and Gymnasium

 


 

Tickets & Registration

How do I purchase tickets?

There's a ticket for everyone! Angels Advocate -helping to underwrite the auction, Standard ticket and even a FairShare option.

* Fair Share simply means that you support the school to the best of your ability. We depend on every family and every dollar to support this critical fundraiser, by attending, volunteering, donating and procuring items. Thank you.

You can also opt to fully or partially sponsor a teacher/staff ticket 

Can’t attend? You can still support a teacher or make a donation! You can buy or donate here.

Can I reserve a table?

Yes! Tables for 8 can be reserved when purchasing tickets. Additionally, seating requests can be made when buying tickets, though not guaranteed.

What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes dinner, two drink vouchers, and access to the live and silent auctions.

 

 


 

Procurement

What is procurement?

Procurement involves gathering items, experiences, or services to be auctioned. Families are encouraged to contribute items or experiences to support the event’s success.

Am I required to procure items?

No, but each family is encouraged to procure items. Alternatively, a cash donation can be made to fulfill this responsibility via the Cash Procurement Link above.

What kind of items should I procure?

Where do I deliver my items?

Drop off items at the school office no later than “insert date here”. Please complete the procurement commitment form as early as you are able and no later than “Insert date here”, using this link.

Supporting the Event Through Underwriting

How can a business sponsor the auction?

We are actively seeking businesses to support the event. Businesses can partner with us by:

  • Underwriting the event through cash donations

  • Donating auction items, services, or gift cards.

  • Purchasing ad space in the event program or digital auction platform.

  

I know of a business that might be interested. How do I get them involved?
