Event Overview: Join us for the highly anticipated A Night at Carenvale on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in the St. Alphonsus Family Center & Gymnasium. This dazzling event includes a seated dinner, live and silent auctions, a full bar, and delightful surprises - all in support of our school community.
Admission Tickets
To gain access to the A Night at Carnevale Auction and Gala (including the Silent Auction), you must register and purchase admission tickets. This year, there is something for everyone: Whether you're able to give a little or a lot, every ticket supports our school's success.
For those of you who are able to be an Angel Advocate (new this year), we are offering Angel Advocate Premium Tickets to continue historical support levels, to give generously to help cover our costs, and support the school's mission while enjoying enhanced event benefits (see below). We also have our Standard Tickets which include full access to the Live Auction, Gala, and Silent Auction online. And, this year, we have a limited number of Fair Share Tickets to ensure everyone can participate in the joy, while contributing to the overall fundraising goal for the event. As in years past, we are also offering Silent Only Tickets for those who are unable to attend the Live Auction and Gala but still want to participate and bid on the incredible Silent Auction and amazing Teacher Experiences! More details below.
Ticket Information
- Angel Advocate Premium Tickets - $150 Early Bird Pricing / $175 Regular - Become an Angel Advocate this year supporting the school's mission while enjoying enhanced benefits such as premium seating, early auction entry, early silent auction viewing, and exclusive event perks (such as a complimentary drink upon arrival and more!).
- Standard Tickets - $110 Early Bird Pricing / $135 Regular - Includes full access to the Live Auction & Gala including a full-service cash bar, multi-course seated dinner, happy hour, delightful activities (such as raffles, dessert dash, wine wall), community, and more as well as full access to the Silent Auction online.
- Fair Share Ticket - $85 - To improve accessibility to this community event, we've created a Fair Share Ticket* to join in the festivities with standard access to support the cause. Quantities are limited. Must be a member of the St. Al's School Community.
- Silent Only Ticket - $25 - Unable to attend the Live Auction and Gala? You can still participate in the excitement with a Silent Auction Only admission. For just $25, per household, you will gain access to bid on our incredible Silent Auction items and amazing Teacher Experiences. Silent Auction will open on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 10 AM and closes on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 12 PM. Please note that Silent Auction Only tickets do not include access to the Live Auction, Gala, or Live Auction items. To enjoy all aspects of a Night at Carnevale, you'll need to purchase one of the other Admission Tickets listed above.
Early bird pricing ends on January 31st. Afterward, regular ticket prices apply. The last day to buy tickets is February 14th so buy now!
* Fair Share simply means that you support the school to the best of your ability. We depend on every family and every dollar to support this critical fundraiser, by attending, volunteering, donating and procuring items. Thank you.
Support Our Staff (Optional)
Help cover the costs of complimentary tickets for our dedicated teachers and staff by making an optional Auction Donation during registration. Every extra dollar raised allows us to stretch our Auction proceeds further to benefit the school. You do not need to
register for the Auction to contribute.
Important Notes
- Please click the box below to pre-register your credit card on the submission page so that you can
charge your purchases at the Auction by clicking the box and following the
instructions. If you choose to not pre-register, you will have to add it
later or on the night of the Auction.
- If you want specify table mates, enter names or the name of that table captain at the GROUP prompt.
