Donate Your Auction Items Here

The Auction cannot exist without generous donations and procurement of items to help make it happen!  We ask that you prayerfully discern how to best share your resources with the school to help make this year's Auction Goal.

For items you wish to contribute, please fill out the Donation Form below.  Your item can be something you procure or purchase—or it can be a unique experience like a fishing trip, sports or theater tickets, a vacation home, an "Amazing Race" Sign-up Party, or a basket you’ve created…use your imagination!  Remember, anything goes at Carnevale!

All items will be featured in our digital catalog and released for bidding by itself or paired with other items to complete a package. If easier, you can make a cash procurement donation instead, which will be used by the committee to fill voids (i.e., purchase a hotel stay to add to an existing Live Auction package) please use the Cash Procurement link above.

St. Alphonsus is a 501(c)3 organization and all donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law (Tax ID#: 91-0577481).

Commitment Deadline

We'd love for you to commit as soon as possible so we can curate a fantastic array of items for your bidding pleasure.  Partner with friends, and please start putting your ideas together now! Please submit your commitment form before Friday, January 31, 2025.

Drop-off Deadline

You may begin dropping off your tangible item(s) immediately to the school at drop off or pick up.  All tangible items will be kept in the Magic Room by the former boys' restroom near the main entrance. All gift cards or other certificates can be dropped in the Auction Box in the office. In order to manage inventory and curate ideal packages, please deliver your item (or intangible item) no later than 3:15 pm Friday, February 7, 2025.

Special Instructions

If you have already taken a photo(s) of your item(s) to include in the catalog, please email auction@stalseattle.org. Make sure that your email includes your item name, description, value, any special notes needed for the winning bidder, and your contact info.
